If you’re feeling afraid, stressed, lonely or frustrated it’s easy to wallow in it. Take a minute, just one minute, to see the good and it might be enough to change your outlook from gray to sunny. Try one of these, and let’s see if we can wallow in positivity instead!

The only tip is to take the full minute to bask in the goodness.
- Name 5 things you’re grateful for.
- Dance.
- Watch the trees swaying or the clouds moving across the sky.
- Feel something soft.
- Laugh.
- Notice beauty.
- Sing.
- Feel the sun or the wind.
- Listen to music or birds or rustling leaves.
- Blow bubbles
- Name all the things you like about someone.
