If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.

You may make a return within 30 days of the original purchase. You may exchange it or return it for a refund.

Contact us, telling us the reason for the return (the more details the better), and whether you want an exchange or a refund.

To make a return, please make sure that:

  • You bought it within the last 30 days
  • It’s in its original packaging
  • It isn’t used or damaged (unless it arrived damaged)

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Whole Wide World Toys.


If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Whole Wide World Toys offers free ground shipping to most US locations, as well as expedited shipping for an additional charge. We ship all orders within the contiguous US via USPS or UPS. US customers will receive tracking information once their package has shipped. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and PO boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited.


Whole Wide World Toys offers expedited shipping via UPS. You have the option of choosing overnight or 2nd-day shipping for an additional charge. Please email us at to request expedited shipping.

For overnight delivery on a Friday please take into consideration that there is no Sunday delivery. Your package will be delivered on Monday unless Monday is a holiday, in which case, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

While we strive to provide the fastest shipping method, all shipping times are ultimately dependent on UPS. 


We’re sorry, but we don’t yet offer international shipping.


Whole Wide World Toys cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. All deliveries are made using third-party vendors (USPS and UPS). Please contact these vendors in the case of a late or lost package.
No delivery dates are guaranteed unless otherwise noted. Dates are for estimated delivery. The actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, acceptance date and time, and other conditions, including customs delays. Some restrictions apply.
For Priority Mail Express shipments mailed from December 22 through December 25, the money-back guarantee applies only if the shipment was not delivered or delivery was not attempted within 2 business days.
